From a need or a vision into a product
We plan the moulded pulp packaging for your wishes from the beginning or we finish a ready made 3D plan. The most important thing is to achieve the goals which have been set for the packaging. We always take into account the planned outer packaging and overall costs. Life cycle thinking and environmental messaging are present in this process.
01. Starting from an idea
We always start with the wishes that are related to the product or to the packaging. We will create a 3D plan as a suggestion and we welcome ready made 3D plans. After a plan has been accepted we move on to the production of the moulded pulps and to the test phase.
02. Finishing touches for the production
During the test phase we pay attention to details and create a demo version of the package. After this we will finish the moulding tool, the transport mold and if needed the post-pressing mold so that the inner packaging production can begin.
