From recycled paper to a product

In the production of fibre material the raw material that usually consists completely out of recycled paper is being diluted in water to a fine fibre. The mixture is then pumped into a pool, from which the liquid material is sucked into the molds with negative pressure while the water gets separated away. After this process the moist material will be pressed and dried out. When the material has dried out it will be pressed again if needed. The machines used in the process work with in a closed water system in which the water is being cleaned and reused. No sewage is produced in this process at all.

Recycled locally

Environmentally friendly from start to finish

The production chain process is based on locally recycled paper. It is possible to recycle paper fibre seven times and even after that it can be used as an energy source.

Eco friendliness is visible also in production with e.g. closed water circulation, heat capturing, using bio gas and also recycling one's own waste.

For example the office papers can be reused in one's own production.

We can then be considered as the domestic beacon in ecological packaging.
